Nakotah LaRance - 6 time World Champion Hoop Dancer

Nakotah LaRance - Nakotah performs his award winning Hoop Dance at the Peabody Essex Museum (PEM) in Salem Massachusetts . This performance was for the Board of Trustees of the PEM and was requested by the group after a standing room only performance at the Museum three weeks earlier. Nakotah has traveled throughout the world sharing the beauty of this dance to audiences near and far. He has performed on NBC's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" as the "Most Interesting Person in Arizona" and "America's Most Talented Kids" (PAX Network) where he won the competition with the highest score in the history of the show.

Nakotah recently signed a contract to perform with world reknowned Cirque Du Soleil. The new touring show in which he is a cast member is directed by acclaimed director Robert LePage and opens in Montreal, Canada on April 22, 2010. The title of the new show presently, called "Cirque 2010, will be revealed in @ 12 days. Check the Cirque Du Soleil website to see Nakotah perform in a city near you.

i think i have watched just about every native hoop dance video on you tube and i have to say no one in the world can dance like Nakotah Larance!!! this coming from a fellow hoop dancer.

Amazing ! Didn´t know Nakotah was a hoop dancer.

Until i found this on you tube i knew him as a very talented actor. His performance in" Into the West " was awesome just as his hoop dancing !!!
