I am a girl in my 60s. I would joke with my boyfriend and refer to him as 'Alphie'. When found this on utube I sent it to him. I think maybe he saw himself in it in the beginning...then went on with his 'Alphie' ways.I would always take him back. He passed away last week. The ICU nurse called me. I was who's name he left for emergency contact.. He passed 5 minutes after I arrived. I fell in love with this clip when I first discoved it. The acting is superb. Kudos to the actor. I am crying.

you're acting very very well, but there is one thing I missed. the most beautiful acting part in the movie of Jude Laws Alfie are the few seconds after he finished the last sentence. after that he made an amazing facetransformation from smiling to a grave sad view. but all in all, your work is amazing.
