A 30 year policy keeping clothing-optional beaches an option at some California State Parks and Beaches has been revoked.

The State has revoked the right to go nude at San Onofre State Beach north of San Diego near San Clemente. The same policy that has protected San Onofre Beach, called the "Cahill Policy", has been terminated state wide. This means that Black's Beach and all other clothing optional beaches in the state park system could be closed unless we speak up now. Please see: http://www:blacksbeach.com http://www.trail6.org and http://www.friendsofsanonofre.org for more info.

  • it's so funny how in the USA they'll show the most horrific violence on TV and movies for kids but the moment you see a topless girl then it's instantly not allowed and only rated R in the theatres beacause seeing it would totally screw a kid up right.

  • I love being nude and I don't see anything wrong with it. it should be allowed for the ones who want to do that...

  • CALL ARNOLD CALL ARNOLD...... Us Austrians do everything in the nude!

  • The state really needs to leave this beach the way it is. There are only two beaches that are clothing optional in southern california and this would kill half of them and most likely start a movement to get rid of the other one.
