Headaches And Feelings Of Having A Tight Band Around Your Head - Anxiety Symptoms

Hi i have had bad anxiety over the past few months but most of it is away now, but i still get tingles in my head and feel i can't really think right. Also i find myself rehearsing everything in my head and hear myself say the same stupid things over and over in dialog in my head i just know it's not the way i used to think. It's like im thinking one way and felling another. Could u give me some advice please.
