I just turned 18. I wish I had been born when T.V could be watched by everyone; when it was entertaining, and good, and clean, and taught you something. I love her outfit! It's as pretty as her!

@MegaEvalee Unfortunately, I no longer have the entire serial. This particular VHS tape was lost in a move several years ago.

In this episode of Spin and Marty, Ambitious (the snowman) was smoking a pipe. Disney didn't want to encourage smoking among children, so Ambitious became sick afterwards, much in the same way Shirley Temple became sick after smoking a peace pipe in "Susannah of the Mounties." Incidentally, wasn't it Darlene who encouraged Ambitious to smoke in the first place for the play's "authenticity"?
