Sponsor: http://TheFreeStateParty.com - Mike Barskey of Derry, New Hampshire sees an officer approaching to arrest him in Amherst, NH. He pulls out his cell phone and calls the Free Stater's emergency hotline. Mike has recently refused to attend an arraignment on victimless crime charges including a much-contested charge of concealed carrying without a license. Technically the broadcast is not quite live, as there is an average two minute delay: http://Porcupine411.com

  • Never let LEO's follow you. If they pull in behind, you can just pull off at the next convenience store and go if for a quick pack of gum. Remember they can only pull you over for something that they witness. If they are not there to witness it (speeding, not wearing seatbelt or etc.), then they can't pull you over.

  • sounds like a pretty reasonable cop.

  • Driver, why are you being such an ass to the officer? he acted super cool. also he chose to not impound your car, if it did get impounded at the end of the whole ordeal it was not his fault, also he said he was not sure if there would be a cash bail. you are playing a Major Victim here be rather grateful that he was this polite. where I am from cops do not act this polite nor do they give you an explanation let alone et you drive your car to a near parking slot in your favor, you are an ass.

  • Wow, this cop was really cool.

  • This whole video is quite boring.

  • NOTE the OFFICER's says: CAN YOU STEP OUT OF THE CAR?

this was not an ORDER it was a Question and yet first thing he asks the officer is "why" he didn't even say "Yes" or "NO" and then the officer doesn't necessarily sound convinced their is a WARRANT and or this is why he asked him "CAN YOU" cause perhaps what if he was handicap and could not get out of car,...and the police officer had no back up to help...well i think to arrest him on Warrant another officer must be PResent? no

  • After all you Free Staters let Ed and Elaine down. I have nothing but contempt for you.

  • what are you talking about. government employees are hardly ever held accountable for anything. The supreme court has ruled countless times that the police has no duty to protect anyone and cannot be held liable for not acting.

  • here's a decent cop.. I hope he didn't put his job at risk by allowing the driver to proceed after threat of arrest, because reason would dictate that if an accident occurs while driving to the Vet's parkinglot, the cop would be liable for any and all damages.. just a thought.. again, a decent cop, it appears..

  • No thejeremyryan, the cop wasn't 'Nice". We pay those assholes and they have no authority to try to put their own corporate bylaws that only apply to them, onto us. All codes, rules and regulations are applicable to the government

authorities only, not human/Creators in accordance with God's law. All

codes, rules and regulations are unconstitutional and lacking in due

    process......

  • they have to have probable cause? Since when?
