Liz Gilbert, 27, participated in a demonstration at the offices of Aetna health insurance company in New York to support Medicare for All, a single payer plan. Gilbert works with the Hunger Action Network of New York State
(www.hungeractionnys.org) to help to address hunger and poverty.
In this video, Gilbert explains why she is participating in the demonstration while standing in front of the Aetna office at 99 Park Ave, New York City.
"I believe that health are is a right," says Gilbert. "I think the focus of health care reform has been on the uninsured instead of the underinsured," she says. She feels that the high cost of health care is just one of the reasons that families cannot afford to feed themselves.
17 citizens and health care providers were arrested on Tuesday for a sit-in in the lobby of Aetna, near to where Mayer was standing in the video. The brave citizens who were arrested demanded that Aetna immediately approve all doctor-recommended lifesaving treatment currently in review at that office. These health care heroes put themselves on the line to end insurance abuse and support the only real public option, Medicare for All, a single-payer plan.
I believe you spell that "deluded," fool.

The public is declaring an evolution. People have to declare authority through community meetings and courts. People have to involve community police organizations. Don't limit yourselves status of just commoners of the old day. You have enough education and knowledge of laws and rights. Constitutions is a public reference for us to interpret laws. People have rights to organize their own police force to protect themselves when they organize their protests.
