Are we able to drink water at all, (separately from the cleanse)? Also…for bathroom timing…what is the timing. Just so i don't embarrass myself on my way to dropping off my 5 year old daughter to school; ) Is it the salt water flush that ignites it? Maybe it is obvious to everyone else. Yet, i had to ask ; ) And thank you for these videos. I really just want my tongue to be pink again. Showing me that i am free from toxins, at least for the time being. peace
