Mario Kart DS E3 Trailer

This is a trailer shown in the e3 expo in may 2005, showing the nintendo ds game Mario Kart DS. Mario Kart DS is a sequel to the gamecube game mario kart double dash. Mario Kart DS is obviously a racing game with some unque abilities suchas using items to fight off other racers in the lead. And a new item this year allows you to send out a squid to spray ink on the lead racers screen. There is much more than items in mario kart ds, you will also be able to race in a number of new courses as well as a few classic ones from the snes, n54, gcn, and gba versions of mario kart. One more new thing is mission mode, where you must complete various objects such as fighting a boss, or destroying 5 boxes. The biggest aspect about mario kart ds is the ability to race online. You can race regionally, world wide, those of the same skill level as you, and finally you can race friends.

This was a good game, but I definately recoment mario kart 7 instead for...

*Better graphics-they are much more detailed and realistic. Plus its 3D!

*Cool new features-underwater levels and hang gliding! :D

*Controls improvements-circle pad is way better the d-pad

*Better wifi-extremely fun, plus communities are cool and new

*Better gameplay-something about it just seems way more fun then the ds version

*Kick ass rainbow road music!!!!!

In EBGames (Gamestop) Mario kart DS is more expensive than the Mario Kart 7 ... when i looked at the price . o.O
