  • What type of pumpkin did you use? The regular "carving" kind, or a sugar pumpkin? (the smaller kind used for pies) Or does it not even matter?

  • Sorry,my first post was incorrect. These are the correct ingredients RAW PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE: 1 1/4 c almond milk, 1 1/2 c fresh pumpkin meat, ½ c dates, soaked or 2 T Agave or Honey – to taste, Pinch of salt, ¼ tsp ground cloves, ½ tsp fresh minced ginger, ¾ tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean pod, Fresh grated nutmeg or looks like ¼ tsp to taste, 2 Frozen Bananas Ummm, taste like the Holidays!
