He paid more attention to keepinh Jenovas head safe than fighting a battle. There in lies why he fell into the life stream. Had he let go of his sword he couldnt have fought as effectively

@UndercoverKadaj you get it after defeating bahamut fury, if it didn;t give it to you immediately (i forget if it does) then take a look at the materia hunting missions and beat it again like with ifrit and the other summon DMW things.
