Thanks to NantoVision for finding this film, from 1985, a stop-motion film animation of all kinds of sea shells forming designs and such.
I haven't seen this since 1990. According to Muppet Wiki, the last known airing of this film is episode 2682. Ever since then, I vaguely remembered this film (but I remembered most of the soundtrack) until now! Music soundtrack mostly accompanied by violins and accoustic guitar.

They've got to bring back more of this classic Sesame Street and mix it in the shows today. What passes for children's programming now, even on the "new" Sesame Street, is just too...well, "yecch" is the word I'd use.

Must be about late 70s or something.
There was a lot of stop-motion animation during the late 70s and early 80s.
i don't know exactly when this first aired.
