  • The remarks that lady in the end makes are really curious. The indigenous peoples should do what she thinks is important, despite the fact that it's their immemorial lands she's talking about. As if she actually cares about their lives, the ones that are hungry around the world and even the hungry people in Brazil itself. Her speech is tainted with self-interest and profit perspectives, as the voices of those who defend the so-called"sustainability" are.

  • O Brasil esforça-se muito para preservar a Amazonia. Mas precisamos nos desenvolver. Os países ricos esgotaram os próprios recursos naturais, devastaram suas próprias florestas por completo. E pior, continuam sendo os maiores poluidores do planeta e maiores consumidores. O ideal é desenvolver-se de uma maneira ecologicamente sustentável, mas isso é extrememente difícil no atual status quo global.

  • the amazon is unique and brazilians are the only ones who cant seem to understand it.
