and phonebooks to heighten your feet to give you more dipping range. If you have resistance band or tubing, those are easy to travel with as well and you can do SO many exercises with them; tricep extensions, kick-backs, etc. I am a big believe in multi-modality fitness and going back to the basics for keeping in shape. A large gym and huge equipment can be great, but not a necessity! Hope this helps!

As far as quick and easy tricep exercises when you are low on time and without equipment; I have always relied on close push-ups and dips when I travel. Push ups can literally be done anywhere and of course if you use your household or hotel resources, dips are great. Think: edge of chair for arm placement

Can I ask one question training wise. If you had one exercice to recommend for triceps when I don't have much time or much equipement, what would it be ??
