Sault Ste Marie housing activist Paul Frolich

Paul Frolich is a housing and homelessness activist in Sault Ste Marie and is speaking with Harvey Cooper of the Co-operative Housing Federation of Canada - Ontario Region at the launch of the Ontario government's province-wide consultation for a comprehensive new provincial housing plan in the Soo on June 16, 2009. Some parts of the video are a bit "wobbly", but Paul has important things to say.
