Throw on some nice pirelli winter gumballs and you should do just fine. The traction control on these bimmers are good enough for the winters. Just don't over accelerate on the throttle. And I'm from upstate NY so believe me, we get snow.

lmao its a rear wheel drive car, of course it will have trouble. My 330ci has trouble in sand, but than again im over an inch lower that stock height and i have summer tires.

put some bridgestone blizzaks on all fours and that car will be a snow eating machine!!! I have never been stuck in my 01 330CI with those tires!

I just got a 330i two days ago from carmax, had it shipped from CA, to VA for a grand. Then saw an 330XI in laural MD a year younger and a little less mileage. Now I absolutly love the 330i, but does the XI make all that much of a difference? Is it a lot better in the snow? Because I feel like I'm trying to make myself feel better after spending the non-refundable grand to get the 330i across the country Haha.
