Broken Wrist by Accident omfg wtf very sorry

Jiggaboo Jones was walking with a Dolla Niney 8 and accidentally struck a man while casually running down the street.
Indeed the man suffered a broken wrist and that is truly a shame.
However his attempts to have certain parties arrested and charged even after the production company paid for the mans injuries is shameless.
As you can plainly see Jiggaboo Jones didn't force the man to the ground, he slipped on a plastic cover in the grass and the other injuries he suffered were not a direct result of the accidental impact.
