This short documentary follows the daily struggles of two janitors at a North American university. The film takes a critical look at the communication, or lack of communication, that happens between janitors and those that use the facilities they clean. Google Janitor Kocet I was a janitor and I made mods for video games like gta3 back in the day when I was growing up at 19 and a Janitor, I think the best part of it was I always knew when chicks were on the rag. Gotta do the work and then when you become me, shit I could pay 40,000 for someone to clean my house per year. LOL. The biggest success story isn't me it is my good friend Ronny he went to drive CDL trucks and makes 60 grand a year, but he does miss seeing his fam all the time.

Im probably not normal because I've always been glad there were custodians! They deserve some credential and I'm sure they've got it pretty tough since some people don't know how to clean up after themselves...

I just started my new job as a custodian, and on the very first day I notice how some people were really rude towards me. And treated me as if I wasnt even there... Damn if it wasnt for us, you people would be walking in your own filth.

they privatised my school kicked us out and hired illegal immigrants paid them 7 or 8 bucks an hour no benefits unless you had tenure which some guys aquired through a loophole in the system you got shit caned that's why the people you see doing this are minorites control services bgm or something like that tried to unionise to bottom feeders

i was a custodian for 13.5 yrs i was unemployed for a year i am recently employed at a college it's decent work for decent money i worked night shift which was the best and mornings which were more challenging i left because of school politics the face of greed njea sucks great vlog
