Your speech is organized, but a you should work on improving body language. You need to be more assertive, look up and make more eye contact. Rehearse the speech and consider using a couple of power point slides if you can incorporate them. You did a good job, but your body language hurts your credibility and gives your audience the impression you are not confident or maybe you don't believe in what you are saying.

That's was meaningful presentation, but you needed to sound more assertive or convincing, that is what persuasion is about.
