  • @rukiagirl19 Holly you could do it three or four times a week,also be aware of the food you eat.Stay away from potatoes,white bread process foods and fast foods,if you would like some suggestions on things to eat l will send you a list of good foods low in calories :)

  • I Love this. Weather it works or not I'm not sure. Only doing it about a week but it's a HUGE Confidence Booster!!

  • For everybody complaining that this isn't a real workout or you aren't shedding lbs remember- moving your body is better than nothing at all-if you don't have fun/enjoy doing your workouts...odds are you'll stop doing them-these videos can be a confidence booster that allows you to love/appreciate your body for what it CAN do

    and, HATERS GONNA HATE! Tinypuppies, thanks for the upload! It would be a fun warm-up and/or chill cool-down when you do a fat blasting workout. AND it's FREE!

  • I'm still trying to decide what work out to put together that will work. I always give up after a few days

  • @tinypuppies3 i so tried this yesterday, it was surprisingly easy! but i did also try a workout that consisted of crunches and shew, everything imaginable and it HURT! lol
