At one point Rockford wasn't half bad - but now its shit town.

Come to Rockford, and feel that unique hint of terror as you realize a thug has a gun pointed at your face, and demands says he'll kill you if you do not give him your wallet. You will be able to see real criminals walking on the streets in packs, and they're free range criminals too. Marvel at the site of a homicide investigation as you side step around the police tape that is wrapped around a fourth of the city. Enjoy the amentities in our abandoned homes that you can find on every street.

@cryophile Improvement? The improvement must start at the Education level first. Nothing will change fully in your life time in Rockford; there is a 4 year generational gap of education and advancement in race relations based on where I live now and there. Its as obvious as the night and day. You have people with very little value for life itself in abundance in that city. That has to be fixed before anything positive will come out there mouths. Even Beloit is ahead a generation.
