Well Im not fat, but depends on the style of shirts etc I wear, they make me look plumped! LOL But Its really really true! You DONT need to go to the gym to lose weight! And the eating after 6PM thing. Thats BOGUS! Just watch how much you eat through the 24 hr day. Thats IT! But anyhow. The BIGGEST factor on losing weight is the amount you eat on a day! The other one of course is doing MORE things that you LIKE to do. Ride that cool looking 10 speed bike you have, Go walking in the mall, etc etc
