CRTC ruling says Bell can Throttle Bandwidth - Traffic Shape

Bandwidth is being "throttled" in Canada and the CRTC says that's cool with them. Bandwidth limiting is becoming a serious issue. Bell limits bandwidth however they like even though they sell the service at a specific speed.

Net Neutrality is Paramount but government doesn't seem interested.
