I think this has to be seen live, this recording makes him sound stupid. Too high pitch sounding if you get me. I'm sure it's different live. I love this show!

Michael was AWESOME in this role.He said it was dark & how right he was but what a performance. I love his man to bits. If you haven't seen it you MUST GO don't miss it or you will miss something very special. Imelda was sooo funny.xx

I love this version but u don't hear hear the Michael Ball vibrato until the end =(. but it still was a great job

@TheZbane That's exactly the point. You rarely hear the "Michael Ball voice" in this show. He has complete changed the way he sings for this role.
On paper he shouldn't be able to do it at all: Sweeney is a Bass/Baritone role and Michael is a high baritone, but somehow he makes it work. :)
