  • BULLSHIT

  • @DeadJesus100 this was done in 2008, before the financial crisis - I have 6 years left to be proven right or wrong. My guess is that OIL will still be available 6 years from now, but surely the quantity will be much less than now.

  • @yogiudo it will be less for sure but its way exaggerated

  • @DeadJesus100 likely.

  • This guy is a trip--- Just how his mind works---WOW---- By the way PEAK OIL just might be a bunch of B.S.---- Just think about it. America needs an energy policy, we all agree with that. We need to to be responsible and supply ourselves. Maybe even sell to other countries and compete with Russia - Saudis and the rest of the countries that profit from peak oil propoganda

  • If you think there is no energy problem that is your choice. Look at iceland. They're basically bankrupt and are may even freeze this winter. They just happened to be the worlds #1 energy consumer per capita.

If you are interested in understanding world events, you may want to look into OIL peak, but if you think it is just a scam to boost oil profits, that is your choice too.

    Take care.

The information in Wikipedia should be looked at skeptically, however if you did your own research you would know that the figures on Wikipedia are considered the conservative ones.

  • @161803 You're only considering dollars. It takes more energy to extract the oil(is in dry form in shale) from the shale than what it produces. You are probably thinking of the conventional oil that is found between the shale rock layers. Conventional oil is not what all the hoopla is about, shale oil is and its not practical. The supply of conventional oil is very limited. This is what they are producing in the Dakotas, not shale oil.

  • life would be harder without oil but the earth would be so much better

  • yo bro. Look up survivalism and economic collapse on wikipedia. You better start preparing. Our generation is going to be fighting for scraps in a distopian american wasteland.

  • I'm glad I got my ammo and gun supply just before they ran out of 7.62X39 and .45 ammo recently. I'm probably going to need it.

  • I'd rather believe an ecologist teacher than this guy.

  • IDK, I didn't know Iceland was the worlds largest energy consumer per capita. But they are heavy on Geothermal...
