well even though u harvest the little sister and get alot of ADAM MY opion is to save them because they may repay u later(or is that only in bioshock 2...i don't have the first one)and u get the good ending but u can harvest every little during the first gameplay not only to buy plasmids but to also experience one of the game's ending.then during the second gameplay do the opposite.that's what i'm doing in bioshock 2

I would rescue the little sisters. I love doing the right thing in games that give a choice. The ending are always better and I feel better about the choice.
