@steveoflyz Depending on individual proportions your clean grip may be a bit wider than what most people prescribe.

Strong lift. I don't recommend jumping out when doing those though, you're putting dynamic sudden pressure on your knees. If your knees start hurting and/or having problems that might be why. Really get your form good (see an Olympic weight lifting coach or an Olympic lifter and ask them about form) and you'll be able to do even more. I'd say you've got a 400 lb.+ clean and jerk in you which is VERY good.
