    The rod that points rearward is the cableguard. It's not a stabilizer. (it holds the cables out of the line of the arrow.)

    The thing where your grip is on is called a Riser, and the wheels are called cams.

    I'm not trying to be an ass, but I'm trying to educate you some more.
