An Evening Uncorked! Food & Wine Pairings for RI PBS

It's An Evening Uncorked! On February 6th at 7 PM, celebrate great food and fine wine amid lush tropical flowers and plants of The Botanical Center at Roger Williams Park, to benefit WSBE-DT Rhode Island PBS.

Chefs from 10 of RI's finest restaurants will prepare mouth-watering portions, paired with the right wines to complement the flavors. Participating restaurants are: 1149 Restaurant, 3 Steeple Street, Blaze Restaurant, Capital Grille, Gracie's, Haruki, New Rivers, Nick's on Broadway, Pot au Feu, and Trio.

An Evening Uncorked also features a live auction of collectible wines - including 1984-1992 California Cabernet Sauvignon, 2001 German Auslesen Riesling, 1998 Barolo and Barbaresco, 1983 vintage Port.
