Will do it faster than this but it kept breaking traction and gettin sideways it finally hooks up at about 35-40. VSC took over real quick when the truck jumped sideways and slowed it down. 2006 toyota tundra doublecab 4.7 v8 k&n intake and custom dual magnaflow exhaust with 33'' dean mud tires and revtek 2'' leveling kit

  • my ford does 0-60 faster

  • @xmodrock Congratulations! You get a star for the day! Let me guess that's on dry pavement without the back end going sideways and VSC taking over. Because this was on wet pavement with the truck fish tailing till about 40 and the VSC ( thats Vehicle Stability Control) cutting throttle off for a second. I was just doin this for fun on a wet day cause I knew it would break loose.

  • @toyotapickup94 its called 4X4 ;-) that doesn't break loose

  • @xmodrock I launched in 2 wheel drive because I wanted it to spin and slide dumbass and I don't feel like breaking something by launching in 4 wheel drive. this was just for fun!

  • @toyotapickup94 see if you drove a ford you wouldn't have to worry about breaking anyting ;-)

  • @xmodrock I would worry more about breaking stuff in a ford!

  • ford= fu#@ed over rebuilt datsun...

  • @GeoThundra diesel is good for reliability.. go google 1.7 million mile cummins.. lol not one engine or tranny rebuild or replacement

  • @xmodrock I've towed 9k with my truck and its revvy but it does it well... I like tundras because they last! lol But towing, nothing compares to a diesel, I use my truck to tow a lot and as a daily.... I still want an Excursion, they get such good mileage and are just pretty damn reliable

  • @GeoThundra i towed lots of crazy shit with my ford.. lol i <3 it... lmfao but its a diesel so its not a fair comparison... but i see.. i always bought pick up trucks for work... i drive a cobra if im not gonna haul shit

  • @xmodrock I've towed a 26' Seaswirl Striper with my 06 Tundra but its not safe.... My tundra is my daily, My old one had 220k before i traded in on a newer one (it was stolen and crashed during the time i owned it but ran really well) but I'm gonna get a 7.3 Excursion soon as my tow vehicle....

  • @GeoThundra i have a powerstroke for that ;-) but the exeplorer can do 5K and the old V8 exeplorer can do 8K

  • @xmodrock like what? ;)

Yeah you would really tow that much with a 1/2 ton wouldn't you? Fuck that I'd get a powerstroke if i need to tow more than 6k.

  • @GeoThundra yea getting an after market intake didn't caost as much as buying some TRD bullshit ;-) BTW the new tundra can only tow 8,000lbs and the new V6 f150 can do that.. the V8 or eco boost can do 11,000# ;-)

  • @xmodrock you would definitely know :)

  • @GeoThundra my parts aren't that cheap ;-)
