all of the stops are legal. you have to identify yourself to law enforcement upon request no matter what the issue is. you have to at the very least give your full name, date of birth, and address

Unless your under arrest, you do not have to show ID, or give your name, d.o.b etc. That is a violation of his human rights, constitutional rights.

If you are not under arrest, and if you are asked for ID, you do not have to give them your id, It infringed peoples contitutional rights under the US Constitutional Right. It also violate citizens basic hian rights un the UN Charter. But ops I forgot none of your american authorities abide by those rights eh.

I will correct what I posted shall I. It is an infringment under US Constitutional Law, for the Police Officer to ask for ID if that individual is not under arrest. It is also against that individuals Basic Human Rights also, Under the UN Charter, whcih the US is a signatory to. But I forgot your country does not care about international law does it.
