I think that private military companies like Blackwater can serve private shipping vessels near the horn of Africa and deter the piracy threat. Private military forces shouldn't necessarily be operating in wartime theaters, but should maintain their original purpose of protection services.

I don't personally think it is right or wrong. I think our government has it's own agendas. I just don't like the US leaving these guys "out to dry". Or anyone ese for that matter.

Maybe a coup is what this country needs. The us gov. gave these guys a job to do. Plain and simple. If you have ever served outside the "regular" forces in the us military you would know that our own government does much worse.
