The reason is MBU pads are different than the MBO pads, MBU pads have an invisible incline all around it, MBO has no incline but it's shape, so basically, MBU has a round pad and MBO has a bumpy pad

Yea if you watch frame to frame the time keeps going. I hate the way MBO jumps straight to the menu after the level is completed.
