I do 325 Fahrenheit in the oven for 1 hour and then i cool it down and refridgerate it. Chill the cake for 5 minutes before serving.

It really brings out the flavor if you bake it and then freeze it.

im eating a cheesecake right now. It's raspberry chocolate truffle cheesecake. (the breading is made of chocolate) Its delicious :P
