@turbo3oh They're not an asshole (totally) and this isn't an actual cheesecake it's a very fancy cheesecake tasting custard. Cheesecakes are baked, and the hardest thing about making a proper cheesecake is not getting it to crack. If you want to make something like this make it from a box, it's faster and will turn out the same.
