I live in Montreal and we are getting sprayed all the time...rarely ever see a FULL day of blue skies...(!!!!)
Especially before a rain/snowfall...creating droughts...WEATHER MANIPULATION....FAKING GLOBAL WARMING...

the video was shot in the Netherlands.
I put Illuminati in the tags because in the end the Illuminati Game Plan includes reducing the world's population by 2/3, spreading diseases (lookup "morgellons") and this is their doing in the greater picture.
