SLITTING REWINDING MACHINE NOMEX

PASQUATO designs and manufactures HIGH SPEED PRECISION SHEETERS to slit and cut across a lot of different materials in roll such as:
Cloth and paper for bookbinding, Polyester, Polycarbonate, Polypropylene, PVC for stationery, Self adhesive materials, Polyethylene Foam and bubbles, Synthetic leather, Non-woven, Special paper, Prepreg for the Electronic Industry, Filter materials
The standard sheeter mod. TE 15 can cut reels of material up to 100 Kg max weight.
If the reel is heavier, this sheeter can be equipped with an unwinding stand for jumbo-roll up to 1000 Kg, which is necessary for a better control of the tension of the material.
The material is slit by rotating knives and fed to the cutting length with a calender driven by a variable speed motor.
The cross-cutting blades have a self-sharpening scissors action, they do not require setting when changing thickness or type of material being cut.
The bottom blade is fixed while the top blade moves up and down and is pushed towards the bottom one by springs.
The delivery of the cut sheets is on the table with antistatic bar and air blower to facilitate the stacking .
Pasquato manufactures also special in-line cutting unit for extrusion plants of PP or PET.
