"A Zappa Affair" orchestral concert, Zellerbach Auditorium, UC Berkeley, 16-Jun-1984.
It was played by the Berkely Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Kent Nagano. The ballets consisted of giant puppets with dancers inside them.

  • The "Decamorph" was a VERY large puppet, about the size and shape of an old school VW van, with penises, vaginas, breasts, nipples, mouths, &c. all over it.

    The section where they ran with the bulls in Pamplona was also uber-cool!

    Thanks so much for posting, brings back wonderful memories.
