I hear what you are saying, however, they tour more than any band I know and he has to preserve his voice for the long-haul...he was losing his voice couple years back because he would push it every concert...can't do that night after night and expect to sing for more than a couple of years....peace

it also might be the monitoring situation...he has gotten alot better live in the past year or so. but hearing yourself in a monitor helps, but if you cannot hear yourself at all or maybe just a little it is hard to hear if you are on pitch or not. it also might just be that he has sung improperly and needs to work on saving his voice better from day to day

I agree with that but if they're too hard for you to do other that on a record don't even do it. Don't put something out there that fans will expect to hear, only to not even do it. (example, all the screams on the songs, he doesn't do them live)

its just a lil flat those are high notes which i know are hard for me to sing so i could see why he has to go a lil flat plus you have to take into account the other songs he has to sing every night that have high notes he cant use up his voice on just one song

When i went and saw them live..i was blown away! fist song was Fight inside, then Let go, the this song!! i lost my entire voice singing this song as loud as i could through the whole song!! I LOVE IT! gave me uber goose bumps!
