The California Cannabis Initiative is a REPEAL law.
If The California Cannabis Initiative passes, NO ONE WILL EVER GO TO PRISON FOR A MARIJUANA CRIME AGAIN!
Current marijuana prisoners will be set free and people can grow or possess as much marijuana as they please.
Do not confuse this initiative with the Oaksterdam initiative which sets a ONE OUNCE LIMIT on possession and adds several new felonies for marijuana.
The California Cannabis Initiative ends this nonsense.

yes this video was made before either initiative gained enough signatures for the ballots. Tax&Regulate you are our best current hope for cannabis change so lets go for it. Let's quasi legalize marijuana throughout California! Sure is better then the status quo and we can't wait 2 more years for change cause the effort might get pooped out.
