This is a guide to get Relicanth on Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald.
You can only get Relicanth in the grass Underwater in Route 124 and 126. It's only 5% chance to find it, so you have to be patient.
Master Ball:
I cloned the Master Ball with a clone code/glitch. Give the Master Ball to a Pokemon, and clone the Pokemon.

@minililwest I think him and everyone else is trollng. I never encountered any pokemon while the repel was in effect. (Obviously). And once it wore off it was just a CHINCHOU.
