1st part? Transparency? The plan on both sides should be simple-reduce spending-not increase it. Progressive Repub's and Dem's are leading this country down the tube-we're at the mercy of China, Russia, the Ins. co. , banks...they own our debt, they own us. We need a President to take action-Obama hasn't provided fixes-just more of the same at a faster rate!  Unemployment is @ 9.7%, higher than when he took office. CREATE real jobs, not government jobs!!

Yeah, well my change in income happened right away and I haven't heard anything that indicates it will be reversed. The first cuts they made here were in education and health care.We are being told by Obama that we need to make sacrifices but I don't see our wealthy government officials taking a cut in pay like I have had to do. I bet when the time comes, they will vote to give themselves a pay raise like they always do. So how long is this "dripping" supposed to take?

The "second stimulus" is currently being talked down by the administration, as they watch the money drip into the states.

Again, you can't expect everything to suddenly happen right away.
