I am a Bulls fan and honestly, I heard this into during the '94 NBA finals and loved it. It reminded me of the days when both the Bulls and Knicks were good teams. Although I hated them at the time (I'm sure you hated the Bulls), I'd give anything to have them back along with the Bulls of that time. The Bulls/Knicks games were CLASSIC! Thanks for posting. It was cool to hear that again.

If we get Lebron, they should really give bringing back the 90s intro some thought. Using it now is pointless, almost an insult to us knicks fans who remember how great it was to be a knicks fan in that decade. I say save it for when the energy comes back to the garden!

The song is called "Drive" by Edd Kalehoff and the Knicks P.A. announcer is Mike Walcheski. Amazing combo!!! "Co-Caaaptain Paaat-tric-Ewing!!!"

I 100% agree with this video. I was at a Knicks game this past Sunday and the intro is just sad. Even the previous intro was better than this one (the one showing the LJ 4 point-play, Ewing raising his arms, etc.) Another thing is that the announcer doesn't say "Please welcome YOUR New...York....Knicks!" Now he just says "Newwww York Knicks." They are still OUR Knicks. The Knicks have been around since 1946 there is nothing new about them. I am a die hard Knicks fan. Go back to the old way!

@species8472j yeah... Those Knicks/Bulls game were the epitome what made basketball in the 90's so great. And even though the Knicks almost always lost in the end, I'd give anything to relive those games again.
