The looks very very good. I really don't understand how people are complaining about the exterior. For those that say the earlier designs were better looking, get your eyes checked. The problem is that style is all relative to the current market. Alone, this is a good design, but I can understand its shortcomings compared to more aggressively styled cars like the Elantra and Mazda 3.

The last Civic I liked was the 2000 design. I had a 2000 Ex that had a sporty look. After that, every single design looked like a granny, family car. This new design is one of the worst I've seen.

Honda should go and hire a real designer for their cars. Peter Schreyer was at Audi.Kia hired him. Now look where Kia is. Their cars says today and beyond. The Fit, Civic etc are so boring. The qualities are there but there is no style.

Maybe Honda should do what Ford did. Bring the Euro Civics to North America. Ford did it with the Focus & Fiesta. Look what it did to the brand. The NA Civics sucks. I like the Euro version better.

yeah man i agree. Same with toyota. For a company that created the supra their corollas, camrys and lexus' are fugly. The civics accords etc are fugly too. They beter step up their game because reliability isnt a big seller anymore.... Everyone's reliable these days. And I'm not spending my hard earned cash on a mobile fridge

honda definitely lost its mojo i don't like the design one bit. compared to the competition the koreans are way ahead, ford and chevy got good cars too. civic looks like crap the designer should commit seppuku.
