The simple answer is that they are imported from China and GFS doesn't spend a lot on advertising.

I feel like models such as the XV-600 and XV-610 have the thicker necks that some players prefer on tele style guitars. This guitar doesn't feel like it has a thicker neck than those. I prefer thinner necks, but have no problem with thicker neck guitars. With all that said, this guitar feels like a happy medium. Not so thick that I notice, and thin enough that it still feels fast. Let me know if you need me to be more specific about anything.

I was running straight into my Mesa Roadster Head through a Marshall 2x10 with Celestions.
