@dennyfrontier Well I'm not sure if I fully understand the language you use but you can't mod ps2 or ps3 as far as I know.

Are these cars made with their own custom speeds and handling, or are they just different chassis placed on axles that are already in the game?

@eskimoundercover Im sorry. I was only moching one of the many many comments I read asking to mod Grand Theft Auto IV on the Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and yes even the Playtation 2. I just wanted to see how you would go about answering my question if I had asked it that way.
