Every 15 minutes- Don't Drink and Drive!!

Every 15 Minutes is an organization that shows high schoolers the consequences of drinking and driving. The pics/vids at the beginning are at my school. the car crash scene was a mock car crash. students we knew were taken out of class and were made to look dead, as if they were killed by a drunk driver. The experience was very thought provoking and touching. It makes you think "what if this all happened?", which was the point...to have u experience the loss of a friend or loved one to a drunk driving accident.

the statistics were every 15 minutes, a person is killed in a DUI incident. the statistics are raised to every 30 minutes, which is an improvement, but still too frequent. did u know that every 3 seconds, someone dies of starvation? well...that's different..

@simponsucks201 well now its every 30 minutes, but the program hasn't changed the name :) it's like when u drive to school. By the time u get on campus and get ready for class, someone in the world has died in a drunk-driving related car accident.

One of those slides did look like Cody's accident on the PCH.

Hopefully people can learn from these mock demonstrations so that they won't have to go through the real thing...

one of the pictures near the end looks like the scene of Cody Murphy's accident.

i know a lot of the people that were involved with this. and they say it was the most powerful, emotional experience of their lives.

i also knew three people that have died in drunk driving accidents in the last year alone.

trust me. drinking and driving is not worth it at all
