@XInvida Yes I was having trouble with my order once as well but it was resolved lucky enough. I'm so sorry to hear because her cosmetics are really nice! but if the customer service is not what you expected it makes you not want to buy anymore too bad!!

@theartismakeup I made a purchase from them and never received it. Tried to contact them for over a month but got no communication from them until after I had to file a claim with PayPal for a refund. A lot of people had the same problem. :( Always happy to see your makeup looks, though. They inspire me a lot!
