Keeping Quiet Can Keep You Out of the Game

As a high school basketball player, Tracy sustained two concussions within a short period of time. Tracy tells her story and emphasizes that concussions are a serious injury. Athletes should know that if they think they've had a concussion, don't hide it, report it. Take time to recover. It's better to miss one game than the whole season.

this doesnt have anything to do with cuncussions but yesterday i was kicked in the balls super hard i was running full speed i almost puked there but its a day later and my stomach hurts to move a certain way or if i lift things please help me ive told my mom but i dont know what else to do!

I am in high school football team and I was the line backer and I got a hit really hard on my head..and my head feels wired but I didn't have any problems with blancing and everything and it doesnt hurt I don't know If I got a concussion or no.

@quarfv i didn't say 5 within one year omg! I had two in one year! my first concussion i was 1 i dont know the 2 or 3rd when those were but the 4th and 5th were last year... and no i am not a bull rider i have been a gymnast since i was little....my 5th was from swing dancing....
