Wah Shootoff. Budda Bud Wah VS. RMC 1 Teese Wah

Playing guitar with my buddy Mike and we thought we'd make a video of our wahs. Just a quick comparison between the Budda Bud-Wah and a RMC-1 Teese. I'm using my John Mayer Fender Stratocaster, with a stock Maxon OD-9 for gain, and '59 Bassman LTD Reissue amp.

The budda is bright and clear with the right amount of bite, the Teese is dark and throaty. Both great!

BTW I think the reason the toe end of the teese falls is so you can quickly turn the wah on. But it confused me when we were making the video.

Can't you adjust the tension of each pedal with a screw underneath? I'm just thinking the teese is setup for an easier motion. Both of these sound great, you just wouldn't use an rmc-1 for funk. Fun video.

@rdmdfish You can definitely adjust the tension on the Teese, Mike had just had this thing a day and we'd not looked it over to see that adjustment. It's a killer wah, he let me borrow again recently and it's just killer. It's got some definite balls.

@ardiandhani haha yes. Well the aqua puss is Mikes as well. I've changed the board around alot since then, sold the katana (stupid i know) and the tu2 was replaced with a korg blackout because the tu2 died. But yeah i love JM and his tones. I need a two rock or some sort of dumble clone stat!

@jake61072 Nah, it's an optical illusion. That toe thong makes it look longer than it is, kind of how a real thong makes an ass crack look longer and deeper.

Nice video. Since you can easily see from the video which one you are using, would be better if you did not say which one you use. So I could not look at the video and really listen which I like the most. If that makes any sense. Or there could be a blind test version of this video or something.
